Grape varietal: Alicante Bouschet (80%), Touriga Nacional (20%).
Exclusive fermentation in French oak vats. Stage in new French oak barrels for 12 months. 36 months aging in bottle.

Tasting notes:
Aroma: Spices with black fruit compote, very soft toast and still with a little hint of vanilla.
Mouth: A robust and striking wine, with very present tannins, but round and smooth, which will give it persistence and a long finish.
Harmonizes: This is an excellent wine for red meat dishes, game or even for an excellent chanfana.
