Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 30 days, followed by bâtonnage for 2 to 3 months. 3 months aging in bottle.

Aroma: Tropical fruit, spices and minerality.
Mouth: Full, fresh and long finish.
Harmonizes: An ideal wine as an aperitif or starter, excellent with grilled fish, seafood or sushi.
